One of TPG’s biggest accomplishments is MINI TAKES THE STATES (MTTS), a consumer-based loyalty and marketing event where hundreds of MINI drivers join together in a cross country road rally. Occurring every other year, MINI’s consumer event can involve as many as 18 cities cross-county. TPG manages all logistics for this event, including hundreds of venue and hotel contracts, and let’s not forget the specially-negotiated, pet-friendly hotels! Cross-country roadside surprise-and-delights range from skateboarding bulldogs to MINI wrapped taco trucks. Evening parties in exciting cities are held at venues that highlight something special about the area. From salt flats to drive-through safari parks to UFO museums, we uncover unique venues and create one-of-a-kind experiences that are talked about and socialized long after the event is over. Myriad racetrack driving opportunities are peppered throughout the event for those wanting to test-drive MINI’s latest product.
Additionally, we manage logistics and scheduling of print/radio/and television press throughout the event. The consumer event has a heavy social media following, which we manage, and its very own radio podcast, White Roof Radio with DB and Todd, for driving entertainment. MINI’s consumer event allows them to sell more cars and achieves brand loyalty with their motoring enthusiasts.
